Harry's Dolce Vita & Skye McAlpine
We are celebrating our Italian heritage this March by collaborating with Skye McAlpine on an exclusive Venetian-inspired menu.
Paying tribute to the traditions, flavours and tastes of the popular Italian city, each dish has been carefully chosen by Harry’s Dolce Vita’s Chef Director, Diego Cardoso, and Skye, the Venice-based cook and food writer. For Skye, who has called Venice home since early childhood, Venetian food is synonymous with comfort and the source of an endless fascination with aromatic spices used to transform otherwise simple dishes into something truly special – something that will be reflected in the celebratory menu.
Highlights from the limited-edition menu, inspired by Skye’s debut book - A Table in Venice - include Linguine with Asparagus and Prosecco; Artichoke, Broad Bean, Farro and Mint Salad and Sgroppino alla Fragola; all enjoyed alongside a classic Harry’s Dolce Vita Bellini or Negroni from the restaurant’s drinks menu.
Skye’s exclusive menu at Harry’s Dolce Vita launches on Tuesday, 5 March and will be available until the end of May.
