Our Executive Chef has created a menu full of unfussy Italian classics bursting with flavour. He has sourced all the ingredients with great attention from specialists in their field, working directly with Italian suppliers and importers. For example, our special blend olive oil is from organic olives grown on an agriculturally sustainable estate in the hills of Maremma, where the olive trees are tended with the greatest care.
Copper pans are used to deliver most of our handmade pasta dishes, to create the ideal blend of ingredients and sauce through the pasta when plated at your table.
The fish and meat dishes include the Bistecca di Manzo ribeye, and simply chargrilled seabass fillet accompanied by fennel, zucchini, lemon thyme and olive oil.
A menu speciality is our pizza from our dough which is slowly proved for 72 hours to maximise flavour and provide a light and unique crust, finished with classic toppings.
